This position requires knowledge of bank products and services, as well as compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies. The role includes duties such as cash handling, balancing cash drawers and vaults, resolving ATM/debit card and online banking issues, and opening both personal and business accounts. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, promote bank products, and contribute to team goals. While the role involves no supervisory duties, it requires frequent customer interaction and basic physical and mental tasks in a moderately noisy office environment.
