Creating an ACH
Once you have logged into Online Banking...
- Select ACH and click ‘Create ACH’.
- Enter a batch name & select your ACH Company.
- Enter your recipient’s information.
- Select Optional fields to add an ID number of addenda.
- Save your recipients.
- When in a ‘Ready’ status you will still need to INITIATE the ACH Batch for processing.
All ACH's need to be in an ‘INITIATED’ status to processes.
- To Initiate your batch. Select the batch you would like to process.
- Click ‘Review and Initiate.’
- Click ‘Initiate.'
- For security purposes you must authenticate the processing of your ACH file by inputting your password.
- Click ‘Done.’
- Your ACH will now be processed.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO SEND YOUR SIGNED ACH APPROVAL FORM. IF APPROVAL FORM IS NOT RECEIVED YOUR ACH WILL BE REJECTED AND NEED TO BE REINITIATED FOR PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
