Colfax & Rockford 4th Anniversary Gift Card Drawing — Official Contest Rules

No purchase, deposit, or account opening is necessary to enter or win this Contest.
Sponsor: State Bank Northwest ("SBNW"), 12902 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99216.
Eligibility
This Contest is open to individuals 18 years or older who complete an entry form in person at the SBNW Colfax or Rockford branch during the Contest Period. One entry per household, per branch. Employees of SBNW, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations.
How to Enter
Visit the SBNW Colfax or Rockford branch during lobby hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm) and complete an entry form. No online entries will be accepted.
Contest Period
Entries will be accepted from Tuesday, September 1, 2026 through Friday, September 4, 2026 at 11:00 am PT. Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
Prizes
Two separate drawings will be held — one for each participating branch. Entries submitted at a branch are eligible only for that branch's drawing.
Colfax Branch — 4 winners. Each winner receives one $25 gift card to one of the following Colfax businesses: Palouse Brewing, 2 Scoops and a Byte, Fonk's, or Clover Collective. One gift card per winner; gift cards will be assigned by random draw. Total Colfax prize value: $100.
Rockford Branch — 2 winners. One winner receives a $75 gift card to Fredneck's Saloon & Beanery; one winner receives a $75 gift card to the Harvest Moon restaurant. One gift card per winner; gift cards will be assigned by random draw. Total Rockford prize value: $150.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $250. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, substituted, or transferred. Prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are given with no written, express, or implied warranty. Any prize not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited and remain the property of SBNW. Gift cards are subject to the issuing merchant's terms.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at each branch.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing on Friday, September 4, 2026 from all eligible entries received at each branch. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by phone, email, or social media by Friday, September 11, 2026. SBNW is not responsible if a Winner fails to receive notification due to security settings or incorrect contact information. If a Winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected by random draw. If a Winner is disqualified for any reason, SBNW is not obligated to award an alternate prize or extend the Contest Period. Participants who submit false, fraudulent, or deceptive entries will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution.

Publicity / Media Rights
By entering, the Participant agrees that SBNW and anyone acting on its behalf may, where permitted by law, use the Participant's name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms & General Conditions
SBNW reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, SBNW may select Winners from all eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Winner selection process or the legitimate operation of the Contest may violate criminal and civil laws.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless SBNW and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (a) participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone, or Internet service; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (e) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or processing of entries.
Disputes
THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF WASHINGTON STATE WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Any dispute arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Washington State having jurisdiction.

SBNW may use social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing, to promote this Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those companies.
