Universal Banker

Location: Spokane Valley Branch

Hours: Part Time, M-F 11:30am-4:30pm

Summary

The primary responsibilities of this position are to help service customers with the paying and receiving functions of the bank, deepen customer relationships and attract additional customers.  This position is responsible for taking deposits, withdrawals, and transfers for customers as well as opening new deposit accounts, and issuing cashier’s checks, money orders, cashing bonds and the like.  This position is also responsible for answering phone calls and assisting with online banking support.

In addition, the Universal Banker is responsible for selling additional products to customers and prospects and supporting the overall sales efforts of the bank, balancing the cash, staying within drawer limits, understanding related compliance regulations related to applicable bank services.
